Silvia Galbiati graduated with a Degree in Biology in 2000. Since 2001 she has been a fellow at the Genomic Unit for the Diagnosis of Human Pathologies. Silvia is an expert in nucleic acid analysis in maternal plasma and is also skilled in DNA/RNA extraction, real-time PCR, mutation detection in disease genes through microelectronic microchip, probe and PNA design.
